Maxol launches third Auto 24 station in Republic of Ireland
19 January 2017
Maxol is officially opening its third automated 24 hour pay-at-the-pump service next week under the ‘Auto 24’ banner at Westside, Galway.
Auto 24 Westside follows in the footsteps of automated stations at Dublin Road, Sutton, Dublin 13, and Trinity Street Wexford, both of which launched within the last two years.
The official Westside opening celebrations will be held for customers next Monday (23 January) from 11am until 3pm. There will be plenty of activity on the day, including a live broadcast from iRadio, fuel and car wash giveaways, and a free fuel top-up voucher for the first customer to visit the brand new site.
There will also be a customer service team at hand assisting with the automated pay-at-the-pump facilities. Customers who register with the service team on the day will be in with a chance of winning a two-night hotel break at a top hotel.
Dermot O’Toole, head of retail & marketing at the Maxol Group, said the company was delighted to be growing its network in the West of Ireland again this year.
“Maxol Auto 24 is Galway’s first unmanned station located in a busy area with one of the main roads approaching the city,” O’Toole said. “We believe this facility will be of benefit to motorists who travel late into the night and early morning.”
Maxol also operates a number of Auto 24 stations in Northern Ireland. These include services on Andersonstown Road, Belfast; Saintfield Road, Carryduff; Bridge End, Belfast; Whitehouse, Newtownabbey; Hazlebank, Whiteabbey and Hollywood Road, Belfast.
Motorists can register online at www.maxolauto24.com to be kept informed of special offers throughout the year.
