Rathgar retail units given market price of €1.6m
Three shops have been placed ont he market in Dublin's stylish Rathgar, including a Spar shop leased until 2025

Three shops have gone on the market in Rathgar, Dublin, with a total market price of €1.6m. According to The Irish Times, the three businesses produce a rent roll of €119, 500 and will show a return of 7.5%.
The highest valued property of the three is a Spar shop, which is rented by the company at €63,750 per annum under a lease which runs until 2025.
The other units in the business opportunity include upstairs offices rented to Bracken Estates (€6,750), Quality Dry Cleaners (€27,000 per annum, leased until 2021), The Flower Bowl (€16,000 per annum, leased until 2026.
The Times reports that Turley Property Advisors plans to sell the investments in one, two or three lots.
A fourth building, trading as a food takeaway, has a sale agreed.
