Value Centre has made a considerable investment into its North Western network involving the purchase of a fleet of new trucks to enhance its service to businesses in the region.

The company has added six new trucks at a cost of €700,00 to its existing fleet. In addition, Value Centre Letterkenny has undergone considerable investment and upgrading in recent years making it a state-of-the-art facility for local businesses.

Forty-three people are currently employed with this rising to over 50 during seasonal periods. The local team is passionate, dedicated and committed with 15 members of staff having over ten years of service.

A key part of the upgrade also included a range extension of chilled and frozen foods which were showcased at a recent customer event held in The Silver Tassie Hotel. Over 100 customers were in attendance to see the newest ranges and what is on offer for Christmas.

Kieran Barron, manager, Value Centre Letterkenny added: “This investment is very exciting for us and hopefully demonstrates our commitment to the local economy. We expect customers to benefit from a hugely expanded product range and a significantly enhanced distribution service at industry leading customer service levels. We pride ourselves on providing superior customer service and the fact that we are locally based we can offer friendly and expert advice.
